Description
Kiran’s Koa paring knives. These were designed for my wife originally as a paring/steak knife but quickly realized that a little redesign would make it pretty optimal as a carry knife as well. Blade steel is AEBL stainless hardened to 60-62 HRC. These should not really rust or patina, but are also not dishwasher safe. Best practice to hand wash the blades with soap and water. Handles should not be soaked in water or exposed to too much water in general. All handle material is stabilized or naturally very stable. These blades are not perfectly mirror polish and do come with surface imperfections. These knives are designed in that way as they are meant to be used. All blades are shipped with a leather sheath.
Handle material: stabilized Hawaiian curly Koa wood
Blade length: 4”
